Hey Ash, so glad you are home. I was gonna sneak you in some good food. I know how the hospital food looks like baby puke.
I didn't go tanning...As soon as I get this burn out I will start again. I will pick you up, we will go together if you are feeling up to it. The mustard is seeming to take the redness out. So maybe in a couple days?
Sounds good to me I will be going to Houston the 15th.
The food made me so nauseated and I asked for something for my head constantly and the lady treated me like a lil kid and was like go take a shower. Turns out I had a major migrane because of my sinus infection.
Then she was nice enough to tell me how handsome Kendal was and they have to ask how many kids you are and after he came in and left she was all is he the father to BOTH kids. I was like *ahem*
Brenda, I just keep applying the mustard, and when it starts drying, I rinse it off, and apply new. I've noticed a color change, so it must be taking the red out. I've done it 4 or 5 times, now I'm switching back to the Ocean Potion. I hope as long as I keep applying something to it, hopefully it'll keep moist and not be so bad.
I switched to noxzema. Seems to keep it cool, and moist at the same time. I think the color change is coming from the yellow mustard staining the skin. Yellow tones down the red. It did seem to pull out some of the heat. We shall see tomorrow. Best of luck to you. Hope we are all pain free tomorrow!
Me too. So let me know how the noxema did for you tomorrow. I'm gonna spritz myself with vinegar tonight and see how that works, and add somemore ocean potion. I meant to tell you that I also found that soaking hand towels in milk and laying them on the burns is supposed to help too. That was the first thing I did last night. It didn't take the color out, but the coldness was really refreshing. Hope you have an easy night as far as pain goes.
