donate an electric hot water heater to help fix a sink that doesnt drain donate a shower or shower fixtures donate fencing (chain link) and a gate donate a couch donate a filing cabinet install and help fix up any of the above as well as an electric hot water heater all of this is needed for a 70 year old lady that has no family CLOSE to here..and what family she does have is her age or older... suffers from dymentia... and has a landlord that refuses to go in and fix things for her  

im really trying to keep this lady in her home because she is familar with it and her rent is reasonable (if only the landlord would fix stuff!) and she can keep her dog there... so the more help we can get the better 

I am still waiting to hear about the desk, if they sell it to someone else then she will be in need of a desk too.

I am planning on passing by Christine's later and am waiting to hear about the desk. It's the one for $5 under furniture. Do you think it will make a good desk for her? If I get a response I will let you know in what condition it is in. As far as cleaning her house, like I said I am available weekends when my hubby can take the kids. So let me know when you would like to get together maybe more people can help too!! Anyone want to help clean???

Tricia the lady has agreed to sell the electric stove for $20 but it needs to be picked up in Cloudcroft. I will buy it but I need someone to pick it up.

I work for the senior center in town, and you can talk to someone in RSVP and they halp out with seniors in need like that. sorry i don't have nothing to give away wish I did. but you might want to check into that.

i have a friend that MAY install an electric hot water heater... he is keeping an eye for one too a 20 gal 110 electric one... he is experienced in installing these kinds of things. do we have one more person willing to help clean?
