I have had a set of wheels that i have been trying to trade off for different ones but its like no one believes in trading anymore. my wheels are not junk, they are nice custom wheels they just not working out for my car and i am in desperate need for different ones.... sincerely richard 

I think people would still barter and trade these days. Why no one has accepted your offer or traded with you could be as simple as they not needing what you have, or have something of equal value to offer you.

Personally, I could use some nice custom wheels on my car, but Im not going to trade anything I have right now for them, I just can't go without the things I have now, and with this recession (and hardly any jobs available) I don't have the money to purchase them ...

Im sure what you have is great, its just some people may not need them right now ... only want them. I know I have to put my wants aside right now and focus on my needs ...

i think it is because your trade is so specific. anyone who may have what you need may not need what you have. or if they need what you are offering they may not have what you need to trade. it may be best if you sell your tires to someone and use that money to buy the ones you need. 

I would try e-bay or craigs list as it reaches more people & custom wheels are just that -custom to fit only certain vehicles. Good luck! 

i have to be specific, i cant just trade for anything it has to be another set of wheels. i am concerned with blowing my tires out i hit the slightest bump the body hits the tires and it is actually damaging my car a little. I have tried craigslist and no luck. and i cant do ebay because they charge. but thanks for all your input 

Maybe do a little research before you buy, next time.
