Nice man, pretty good DR. NO BEDSIDE manner. 

Dr.Richardson, has taken care of me and my family for years, and has done a wonderful job. He is very conserative in deciding if you need surgery or not. He, unlike the new doctors here, is not hungry, so doesn't need to operate just for the money. Also, you are paying a for quality doctor not his bedside manner. I have a best friend, I just need a Great Doctor.
