Hey guys!

I've talked to a few of the neighbors about this, and we are planning a huge yard sale on April 1st and 2nd (no, it's not a prank!)

If anyone on or around Valencia is interested in doing a sale the same day, I'd love to know about it so that we can direct people over when they are done.

Also, if you'd rather come hang out while you sell your stuff, you would be welcome to bring things over. We are going to be using driveways and side-yards, including the corner lot so there will be plenty of space.
